At Thikana Delhi, we want your stay to feel effortless, safe, and welcoming. Here’s everything you need to know before you arrive—and answers to the questions guests ask most often.
Check-in & Check-out
Early check-in/late check-out: May be arranged subject to availability. Guests arriving early can rest in the common areas or freshen up in the guest bathroom on the rooftop.
Late-night arrivals: The main neighbourhood gate closes at midnight. After this time, please use Gate 7 to access Thikana. Our security guard will assist you.
Meals & Dining
Breakfast included: A freshly prepared, warm breakfast with Indian and continental options is served daily in the community dining area from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Savour the artisanal breads, seasonal fruits, fresh bakes, homemade preserves, eggs to order, Indian specialities, masala chai, South Indian filter coffee, and refreshing juices.
Snacks & Drinks: Light home-cooked snacks like masala cheese toast, fresh fruit bowls, besan chila, lassi, and mint lemonade are available between meals.
Lunch & Dinner: Home-cooked meals are available on request. Please let us know by 11 AM so we can prepare a wholesome meal with fresh ingredients.
Ordering In: We can assist in placing orders from trusted local restaurants; crockery and cutlery will be provided in the dining area.
Room service: To maintain the home-like experience, we do not offer in-room dining.
Facilities & Amenities
Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi in all rooms and shared spaces.
Drinking Water: Each room is provided with RO-filtered drinking water in reusable glass bottles. Packaged mineral water is available at a nominal charge.
Housekeeping: Rooms are serviced daily; linens and towels are replaced every third day unless requested earlier.
Laundry: Wash & iron service available with a 48-hour turnaround for a nominal charge.
Parking: Limited street parking available at the premises.
House Rules & Policies
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM, as a courtesy to other guests.
Visitors: Must be pre-announced to the hosts, signed in at the main gate, and escorted by the in-house guest.
Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only on the patios and rooftop terrace.
Pets: Pets are welcome but must not damage property or disturb other guests. Any damages must be reimbursed.
Safety & COVID-19 Measures
We follow enhanced cleaning and hygiene practices to ensure your safety. High-touch surfaces are sanitized regularly, rooms are well-ventilated, and we minimize single-use plastics. RO-filtered water and refillable dispensers for toiletries help reduce waste.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 14 days before arrival are fully refundable.
Cancellations within 7 -14 days of arrival will be charged 50 percent of the stay.
No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
Payments
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and cash payments.
Getting Around
Metro: Green Park Metro Station (Yellow Line) is a 10-minute walk and connects directly to Connaught Place, Qutub Minar, and Old Delhi.
Cabs: Uber and Ola are easily available for door-to-door convenience. Aprivate car and local taxi can also be arranged.
Airport: Indira Gandhi International Airport is about 35–45 minutes by car.
