House Rules & Guest Etiquette

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, we request you to kindly note the following:

  • Non-Smoking Policy:All rooms are non-smoking. Guests may smoke in designated patio areas or the rooftop terrace. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the rooms.
  • Pet-Friendly Stay:We welcome pets! Please discuss arrangements with us in advance to ensure all guests are comfortable. Any damage to property must be reimbursed by pet owners.
  • Room Keys & Housekeeping:If you require housekeeping, please leave your room key with the manager. Lost keys incur a replacement charge of INR 1500.
  • Valuables:Please store all valuables in the safe. Management is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
  • Gate Access & Timings:Our gated residential colony closes Gate No. 1 (adjacent to the house) from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. During these hours, please use Gate No. 7 for entry.
  • Linen & Towels:Changed every third day unless otherwise requested.
  • Guest & Visitor Policy: To maintain the peace and tranquility, visitors of guests are welcome but must sign in at the security register at the gate before entering the premises. Guests are responsible for escorting their visitors into and out of the property.
  • Overnight stays for visitors are not permitted unless they are pre-announced and registered as guests.


    House Peace & Quiet Hours

    We request guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in common areas after 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of others by keeping voices low in these areas.Parties or gatherings are not permitted within the accommodation to ensure the tranquility of the space.


    Left Luggage & Storage Policy: If you need to store your luggage for a limited time, we would be happy to keep it in our designated storage area.For security and care, we kindly request that:


    All bags be locked before being left in storage.
    Guests avoid storing breakables or valuables, as the management will not be responsible for any loss or damage.


    Room Damage Policy: In the event of any damage to the room or property must be replaced at cost.
