Suitcases are sanitised before being sent to the rooms. All surfaces are steamed with water and sodium hypochlorite solution including electrical fittings, remote controls, door knobs and handles.
Check out remains at noon and check in has been amended to 2 pm to allow for time between 2 check- ins and sanitisation of the rooms.
To facilitate a contactless check-in, please email us your details on a pre sent check-in form along with scan of your photo ID.
Buffet breakfast has been discontinued to avoid using common cutlery. A-la-carte breakfast is served. You are encouraged to schedule your preferred time of eating meals so the utilisation of the common dining facility can be regulated. Home cooked meals are available on request.
All rooms are ventilated with independent air-conditioning split units.
All staff and employees are encouraged to wear face shields and masks while serving and observe the highest hand wash hygiene.
